Welcome. My name is Jordan and I am the owner and operator of JD’s Coaching and Performance. My passion for training started many years ago when I first got involved in sports. From the ages of 8-18, I was heavily involved in soccer, track and field athletics, football and middle-distance running. Throughout those years, I gained a love for sport and the importance of training, not only for the physical aspect, but for the influence it can have on my mind. My interest for the industry led me to undertake study into the science behind sport and training, and the importance of fuelling our bodies to perform at their peak. In 2018, I completed my Diploma in Sport and Fitness and then decided to further my studies. So in 2022, I graduated with a Bachelor of Sport Studies, with a major in Exercise Nutrition. I have worked with incredible clients throughout the past five years, specialising in physical rehab, body composition (hypertrophy), sports specific - youth strength and conditioning, weight loss and general fitness. My approach with you as a client, is to support your journey and work with you to ensure you reach your optimal performance level, whether in your chosen sport, in the gym, or just moving and feeling better in your day-to-day life.
